Our carports are constructed from an extra heavy-duty extruded aluminum framework on four foot centers bolted to 14 gauge 7 inch steel beams and powder coated steel posts embedded two feet in concrete.  The carport has a maintenance free white baked enamel aluminum deck to reflect the sun and keep it bright underneath. This unit is strong enough to withstand Texas weather, take up to 90 mph winds, and will never rust on the deck. Trim and posts come in additional colors to compliment your home’s décor.

A variety of materials are used to manufacture and install carports or patio covers. The most durable metal used in the construction industry has proven to be aluminum, due to the fact that it is lighter, longer lasting, and easier to maintain. Aluminum is guaranteed not to rust even on a 1/4'” slope per 1 foot of projection on our covers. We construct our carports and patio covers using aircraft grade tempered extruded aluminum for the framework. The steel beams are galvanized. The 14 guage welded seam posts are powder coat finished to maximize their strength and durability. As an option we now stock an 8oz commercial grade translucent snowflake fiberglass panel for patio covers that is known to be one of the most hail resistant panels on the market.
